Admin Receptionist

Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Renewal of business licensing or any relevant statutory, fire extinguisher, company vehicles maintenance and renewal of road tax/ insurance.To monitor/manage the premise preventive maintenance/cleanliness in a presentable state.
- Updating and maintaining of agreements - Hostel.
- Ordering monthly office supplies.
- Manage and update the inventories of stocks of general supplies, uniform, masks, watchman clock, walkie-talkie etc.
- Scheduling travel arrangements, accommodations and meals arrangement/ reservations, if the need arise.
- GPS report submission on timely manner.
- Maintain an organized filing system, electronic documentations and streamlined all important documents and year-end filing.
- Answer in-coming telephone calls in clear and professional manner.
- Any ad-hoc or other duties that are assigned from time to time.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,700.00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)

- Bahasa (preferred)
