- Pengalaman dalam Telesales / Telemarketing untuk minimum 1 tahun adalah bonus.
- Keupayaan penyelidikan dan analitik yang sangat baik.
- Kemahiran komunikasi; Bahasa Inggeris & Bahasa Melayu.
