Processing orders & preparing documents to customers & suppliers [DO, PACKING LIST, GR, RGF]

  • Control and manage inventory (eg; stock movement (inout), missing stock tracking)
  • Receiving and stock in new products & restock
  • Follow up product issue, quality issue, delivery issue to ensure delivery order is smooth
  • Communicate efficiently with related departments to ensure delivery smooth
  • Proper filing & manage office supply

We are looking for someone who;

  • Detailoriented & good in critical thinking + problem solving
  • Can work under minimum supervision
  • Able to complete tasks within the dateline given
  • Have a positive attitude and look for a good career advancement
  • Open to work discussion and new ideas to ensure the work is efficient
  • Good in Google Sheet/ Docs [simple formulas to advance]
  • Able to prioritize tasks

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
