Resident Doctor

Job Summary:

As a Resident Doctor, you will play a role in providing a quality service to patients with a good communication skills of knowledge in medical.

Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examination, and diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with attending physicians and specialists.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide timely intervention.

Medical Procedures:

• Perform routine medical procedures such as wound care, venipuncture, and administering medications.
• Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards during procedures.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records for all patients.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and other relevant information in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Prepare and present case reports, patient histories, and other medical documentation as required.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care outcomes.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure understanding of diagnoses, treatment plans, and followup care instructions.

Professional Development:

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities, including attending educational seminars, workshops, and conferences.
• Stay updated on current medical research, guidelines, and best practices in relevant specialties.

Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MD or equivalent) from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of internship and residency training in a relevant specialty.
• Board certification or eligibility for board certification in the respective specialty.
• Valid medical license and registration to practice medicine in the relevant jurisdiction.
• Strong clinical skills, including proficiency in medical procedures and patient care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
