Customer Services-Clerk

Job Grade:
Customer Services

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Import

  • Responsible for import documentation and coordinate with customer for ontime custom clearance.
  • Coordinate with customer to ensure the schedule imported FG shipment is delivered to plant,unload and pull out timely.
- key contact point between customer and freight forwarder on declaration issue and or challenge.

  • Responsible to follow up and check the import Invoices from customer and shipping agent.
  • Responsible for process,Plan and coordinating export orders to meet the agreed customer's requirement.
  • Coordinated with customer team to follow up with the shipping documents.
  • Monthly report to HOD.
