Job Description: Customer Services-Clerk

Job Grade: Customer Services

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
**Import**
- Responsible for import documentation and coordinate with customer for ontime custom clearance.
- Coordinate with customer to ensure the schedule imported FG shipment is delivered to plant,unload and pull out timely.
- key contact point between customer and freight forwarder on declaration issue and or challenge.
- Responsible to follow up and check the import Invoices from customer and shipping agent.
- Responsible for process,Plan and coordinating export orders to meet the agreed customer's requirement.
- Coordinated with customer team to follow up with the shipping documents.
- Monthly report to HOD.
