JOB PURPOSE:

QAQC Executive is responsible for ensuring the quality of raw material, semi-finished

products, finished products and production procedures to ensure that the company's

products meet customers expectation and established standards set by company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To monitor, review and inspect production batch process, operational activities, standard
operating procedures and other quality assurance associated tasks.

  • Work closely with production departments to ensure all process are being carried out in
accordance and conformance to all requirements and customers' specification.

  • Ensure the final checking quality inspection immediately prior to dispatch of product to
customers.

  • Liaising quality issues with HOD & supplier to find out root cause and corrective action.
  • Managing QC tools calibration and able to handle a simple measurement.
  • Perform and maintain ISO 9001 certificate and Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Plan and perform Internal Audits of company systems in order to assure compliance with
relevant ISO requirements and established and approved guideline and procedures for

company's business processes.

  • Responsible for document control, upkeep of filing and data entry accurately.

COMPETENCIES:

  • At least a Certificate / Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field of study.
  • Preferable 5 years of working experience in related field.
  • Basic ISO 9001 knowledge is preferable.
  • Posses a strong work ethic, initiative, and commitment.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Malay, Mandarin is an added advantage.
  • Self-independent with good analytical skills.

Pay:
RM2, RM5,500.00 per month
