Scaffold Coordinator

Scaffolding Coordinator Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Prepare design drawings and quantity materials of scaffolding.

Perform site visit to the required site project and reporting the site progress to the supervisor.

Liaise with the office design and sales team in proposing best scaffolding design to suits site condition and client needs.

Guide the site scaffolding team to enhance understanding the design drawings and each scaffolding material to use.

Demonstrate mock-up scaffolding erection while briefing the method statement and safety risks of the scaffolding erection and dismantling process to the site.

Ensure the scaffolding erection as per design drawings and safely erect in accordance to industrial standards.

Coordinate with the site scaffolding team on reporting daily progress, inspection and delivery of scaffolding materials.

Ensure the scaffolding erection as per design drawings and safely erect in accordance to industrial standards.

Attend to site complaints and offer best solutions to enhance efficiency and safety.

Requirements:

SPM / Diploma academic qualifications in any relevant fields.

Required skills:
AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

Possess driving license and own transport since this position required to travel from site to site.

Registered scaffolder personnel with JKKP will be an advantage.

Salary:
RM4, RM4,500.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Bukit Jelutong: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- advance scaffold/c60: 3 years (preferred)
