**Position: Sales Executive (Mandarin Speaker)**

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive who is fluent in Mandarin to join our sales team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, driving sales growth in Mandarin-speaking markets, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires strong communication skills, cultural understanding, and the ability to effectively engage and expand the company's base with Mandarin-speaking clients
**Responsibilities**
- Identify, develop, and maintain customer relationships in the industry
- Assist all sales launches, reply to inquiries, and attend to phone calls/walk-in customers
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities, develop relationship and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, cold calling, consultation, sales negotiation, and closure
- Prepare and assist in the creation of sales quotations, company contracts, conditions terms and follow up closely during project execution (rental)
- Negotiate and finalize sales / rental contracts with customers and thereafter provide relevant project information to other departments
- Implement policies, procedures, and best practices for overall sales activities
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system and information, interactions, and sales opportunities
- Communicate and report to the top management regarding project status, sales activities, identified business opportunities on a regular basis
- Provide technical support to customers throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues and coordinating with the internal team as necessary
- To attend site measurements and meetings with clients and engineers to understand site requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree/master's degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) in a relevant field
- 2 or more years of experience in Sales & Marketing experience (preferably in construction/engineering)
- Highly adaptable, patient, organized, disciplined and is able to follow-up on tasks has good time management, and is able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
