We are looking for Marina Manager

Job Summary:

To manage the Marina Administration and Operations including guests island transfer, water sports activities, jetty management, and boat maintenance in accordance with legal requirements, company policies and procedures.

To prepare annual budget and to exercise control of the department expenses.
To supervise all Marina staff in adherence to the Marina policies and procedures stated in the operational guidelines.
To evaluate and review the Marina operations and procedures and improve and modify as appropriate.

To ensure the safety related policies are to be followed for all Marina activities for guests, staff, and third-party operators.

Requirements:

Posses a Degree/Diploma/Certificate in business management or equivalent.

2 years working experience in the same capacity with 4 Star or 5 Star international class hotel with Marina services.

Exceptional verbal & written communication skills. Ability to read and converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
Strong leadership skills with confident, energetic, and outgoing personality.
