The Admin Assistant shall assist Customer Service cum Admin Executive in providing daily general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office and business operations activities.


Key Responsibilities
*Preparation of training documents such as course confirmation, class preparation, course registration and etc.

*Maintain and upkeep proper documentation and filing system by maintaining digital or physical record.

  • Carry out meal orders with caterers, arrange transport and accommodation for learners.
*Perform day to day administrative entries, update inventory, stationery, office suppliers and etc.

*Focal point as receptionist and divert calls to respective person including distribution of letters and consignments.

*Providing support and working closely with other team members and leaders to achieve individual and team key performance.

*Performing and discharging additional task or ad-hoc assigned by Superior from time to time.

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay:
RM1, RM2,400.00 per month
