The Account Assistant is to perform Account Receivable and and Account Payable functionin including Bank reconciliation.

As the job function including handling sensitive info related to finance, customers' invoices and suppliers' payments, maintaining confidentiality is a must for the position.


AR Function:

  • Issue invoices and manual invoices according to customer's requirement including matters related to HRD claims for customers.
  • Revert customer's clarification on invoicing and any other matters promptly.
  • Reconciliation with customer on matter relating customer invoices and payment.
  • Provide monthly Statement of Account to customer for collection purposes.
  • Issue official receipts.
  • Perform any other AR function.

AP Function:

  • Handle and process Suppliers' / Independent contractors' invoices and payment, including data entry to accounting system.
  • Process Suppliers' / Independent contractors' payment.
  • Process urgent payment (facilitate none credit supplier).
  • Prepare payment schedule, payment vouchers, petty cash voucher, journal voucher and other accounting transaction.
  • Perform any other AP function.

Others:

  • Responsible for day to day finance and admin tasks.
  • Perform monthly Bank Reconciliation.
  • Ensure all accounting records are updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
  • Ensure all documents are properly filed and assist with audits.
  • Prepare monthly closing of accounts and financial reports to Reporting Supervisor.
  • Any other adhoc task assigned by the Management.

Pay:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
