Account Assistant

Key responsibilities:
- Management of petty cash transactions.
- Controlling credit and ensuring debtors pay on time.
- Reconciliation of direct debits and finance accounts also identifies discrepancies.
- Ensure all payment amounts and records are accurate.
- Preparation of statutory accounts.
- Work with journals, sales & purchase ledgers and spreadsheets.
- Assist Accountant with audits and other matters.
- Create and update expense reports.
- Process reimbursement forms.
- Prepare bank deposits.
- Enter financial transactions into internal databases.
- Maintain digital and physical financial records.
- Issue invoices to customers ad external partners, making quotation as needed.
- Review and file payroll documents.
- Participate in annual audits.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures and adhere to company standards.
- Perform any kind or any other task as assigned by the CEO of Daya Bersih Sdn. Bhd. or his designate and management from time to time.
Job requirement:
- Diploma / Certificate in Accounting, Finance, with relevant experience as an Accounting Assistant or Account Clerk.
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
- Familiarity with finance regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Meet the dateline.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
