Responsible for daily Finance & Accounting operations
- Assist to handle other general accounting, clerical and administrative tasks
- Manage data entry & updating accounting records
- Process payment voucher and register for online payment
- Assist in preparation of full set accounts and all other Finance & Accounting reports
- Provide general administrative support
- Update and monitor inventory level and movement
- Conduct inventory valuation, verification and reconciliation
- Assist in data entry, preparation of accounts and other reporting for few companies.
- Manage day-to-day operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
- Process staff expenses claims, payments and invoicing/billings.
- Monitor and manage cash flow consistently.
- Liaise & coordinate with different departments on accounting and invoicing matters.
- Support Finance Manager and Seniors in various ad-hoc tasks, reporting, analysis & etc. from time to time.
- _A Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is advantageous._
- _At least 1-3 years working experience handling full set accounts._
- _Process effective organizational and follow-up skills, paying attention to detail._
- _Demonstrate ability to handle work professionally, independently, and efficiently._
- _Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
