Maintain filing system, maintain hard copy legal/equipment maintenance and compliance files to company standards.
- Answer vendor phone calls and assist with ordering as needed.
- Actively work with vendors, and management as needed.
- Performs the initial processing of Accounts Payable and maintain the PO log.
- Prepare reports as needed and file/record the reports as required.
- Negotiate with vendors for better pricing and terms.
- Actively search for and develop stronger vendor relationships.
- Inventory purchasing, tracking and distribution.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and deadlines consistently and accurately.
- Assigning invoices to applicable cost centers and maintaining record of purchases.
**Job Requirement**:
- At least 2 years' experience as clerk.
- Applicants must be able to work at Serendah.
