1. **Purpose and Scope**
This procedure defines the requirements, scope of duties and responsibilities and expected knowledge of Finance Assistant/Clerk.
2. **Qualifications/Experience/Skill (where applicable)**
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related work is required for this position.
- Fresh Graduate also welcome to apply.
- Accounting software knowledge required.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, in particular).
- Required language: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese is an added advantage.
- Ability to multi-task.
3. **Responsibility**
- Account Receivable transaction.
- Account Payable transaction.
- Updating of account summary in Accounting System.
- Handle collection & bank in.
- Prepare payment.
- Monthly management accounts.
- Assisting qualified Account Manager with audits.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities.
Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
