Job Description:

- Ensure proper account documents are filed and maintained properly.
- Issue and handle all appropriate paperwork.
- Responsible for daily accounting activities such as check, verify and key in invoices into accounting software.
- Perform administrative and office support activities.
- Receives training and performs duties for the department.
- Able to undertake the ad-hoc tasks and related duties as and when required from time to time which assigned by the superior or manager.

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
- Self motivated, able to learn on the job and work independently under minimum supervision
- Computer literate, knowledge in Microsoft Office and Accounting Software

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bestari Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Clerk: 2 years (preferred)
