- Issue PO according to purchase requisition.
- Expediting the process of preparing Purchase Order and Payment Requisition.
- Sourcing of goods and services to support the operations, sourcing of new suppliers and new service providers for better cost savings.
- Maintain and updating purchasing records in the system.
- Monitoring, follow-up and updating shipping/delivery schedules and payment to suppliers.
- Qualification : Diploma in account / marketing / Engineering
- Male/ Female
- Preparation of Purchase Report and others related reports.
- Provide summary of monthly purchase record for verification & ensure all documents (PO, DO & invoice) are match.
- Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered on time.
- Maintain all completed and updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system
- To carry out effectively cost down activities every 6 months and dual sourcing activities.
- To compile monthly data & report for all purchases and stocks Execution and monitoring of all purchasing needs

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
