Job Description & Responsibilities:

Facilitating and expediting the flow of materials from vendors.
To monitor supplier fabrication progress, shipping & documentation status in accordance with purchase order requirements and contract schedules.
To update weekly Expediting plans along with Expediting Critical Items Schedule for each of the Sales Order.
To work with the Advanced Engineering Team to obtain Inspection notification from the supplier and liaise with the team for inspection arrangements.
Assisting project manager/ engineer to prepare project progress report for customer submission, monitor and expedite documents submission to customer.
Liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Arranging and receiving shipments of materials, and examining deliveries to ensure accurate quantities, quality and specifications.
Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness of warehouse/workshop/storage area.
Meeting and collaborating with management to assess reliability of suppliers and vendors, and to identify solutions for ongoing problems.
Performing clerical duties and maintaining accurate records and files of activities.

Job & Skill Requirements:

General Diploma/ degree / Experience suited to the role.
Required language (s): English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written / oral, Chinese would be an advantage.
Required skill (s): Microsoft Office and Google Drive & tools.
Resultsoriented.
Possess good communication skills to liaise with all relevant parties to ensure the project progresses as per plan.
Demonstrated analytical, problemsolving, organizational and timemanagement skills.
Enjoys working in a fastpaced environment, supporting customer needs with a high level of professionalism and excellence.
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines to protect themselves and others.
Team player with the ability to integrate with other project team members
Strong relationship, management and interpersonal skills.
Willing to travel to visit vendors or suppliers if necessary.
Innovative mindset, enjoy learning new things and willing to accept new challenges.
