Aquademic (M) Sdn Bhd is a leading swimming academy committed to providing high-quality swimming education and services to individuals of all ages.

Our mission is to promote water safety, confidence, and proficiency in swimming through expert instruction and personalized attention.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information about our swimming programs, including class schedules, pricing, and registration processes.
  • Assist customers with registration, enrollment, and payment procedures, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner, striving to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
  • Maintain customer records and database information accurately and confidentially.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure the efficient operation of the customer service department and the overall success of Aquademic (M) Sdn Bhd.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures, contributing to the enhancement of the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development activities to expand knowledge and skills related to customer service and swimming instruction.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing tertiary education/Final semester (Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Customer Service Management, Communication course)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and database management software.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Has own transport to travel to work on daily basis.
