As the Customer Service Representative, your role entails ensuring top-notch customer support, overseeing customer satisfaction, and creating an extraordinary customer journey.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features
- Analyse and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members
- Inform customers about new features and functionalities
- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved
- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- With at least 2 years of experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Excellent communication skills both oral & written
- Familiarity with Financial/Banking industry is a plus
- Experience using Salesforce, Genesys, Xero software is ideal
- Patience when handling tough cases
- Friendly and calm demeanor
- Multitasking and problemsolving abilities
