Inspecting construction work and comparing it with drawings and specifications.

  • Measuring and quality checking on building materials.
  • Identifying defects and suggesting ways to correct them.
  • Inform relevant consultants & company on the issuance of NCR (Non Compliance Report) to contractor if the work done is not compliance to the building contract and specification.
  • Keeping detailed records of work.
  • Referring to plans and taking photographs of work, along with measurements and samples.
  • Liaising with contractors, engineers and surveyors.
  • Ensure safety at work.

Job Requirement

  • Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Engineering
  • Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (added advantage)
  • Willing to work at Taman Molek, Johor
  • 1 Full-Time position available.

Pay:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
