  • Uphold a high standard of customer service, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Customercentric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
  • Previous experience in customer support or servicerelated roles is advantageous but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Chinese is a must.
  • Ability to adapt to rotational shifts to accommodate varying business needs.
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for problemsolving.
