Account Executive

1. Responsible for billing process; generation of bills and invoices specific to client and matter

  • In charge of registration, invoice processing etc in clients' vendor portal
  • Maintain client database and records
  • Liaising with bankers as and when required
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliation
  • Preparation of mid-month and monthly reports
  • Liaise with all level of firm's personnel from Partners to Staff
  • Other duties and tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting/ Finance or any equivalent qualification
  • Preferably has experience in legal firm accounting software
  • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, computerized accounting system
  • Self starter, good communication skills and works well in a team
  • Applicants without any experience with willingness to learn may apply
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice
