Assist in posting job openings on various job boards.

  • Prepare and distribute offer letters and employment contracts.
  • Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job details, and compensation.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee data.
  • Manage HR databases and generate reports as needed.
  • Assist employees with benefit enrollment and address their inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Help administer employee tasks.
  • Assist in communicating and enforcing company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Maintain records of disciplinary actions, performance reviews, and other HRrelated activities.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts, escalating to HR management when necessary.
  • Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
  • Maintain training records and track employee development progress.
  • Assist in developing training materials and programs.
  • Prepare HR documents such as employment letters, promotion letters, and termination notices.
  • Maintain organized HR files and records, both physical and electronic.
  • Generate and distribute HRrelated reports, such as headcount reports and turnover analysis.
  • Assist in compiling data for HR metrics and performance indicators.
  • Provide support for HR initiatives and projects, such as employee surveys, diversity programs, and process improvements.
  • Assist in the implementation of new HR systems and technologies.
  • Help ensure workplace health and safety standards are met.
  • Assist in coordinating health and safety training and programs.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

Job Types:
Contract, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 8 months

Pay:
RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
