Customer Service Executive (Mandarin)

PROJECT:
Travel / Hospitality Industry

SALARY PACKAGE:

  • Competitive salary up to RM 4,500 per month (inclusive of allowances).

JOB SCOPE:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Clarify and understand customer requirements
  • Listen attentively to customer needs
  • Maintain a fundamental knowledge of client products and services.
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Offer additional products and services to enhance customer experience.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in the call tracking database.
  • Respond to customer inquiries

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min SPM.
  • Courteous with a strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficient in computer navigation, keyboarding, internet surfing, and PC knowledge.
  • Bilingual proficiency, with strong written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English (B2 level), including basic industry terminology.
  • Ability to rotate shifts as needed.

WORKING HOURS:

  • 24/7 operational hours (9hour shifts including a 1hour break).
  • Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday (5 working days per week with rotational days off).
