Farm Supervisor

_Melbourne Wealth Group_ is an agricultural-based corporate organisation in Johor Bahru that involves in the business of farming and supplying fresh produces.

We are looking for a farm supervisor to assist with farm operations that the business demands.

Responsibilities:

• Manages and supervises farm operator duties as assigned including seeding, transplanting, pruning and any other agronomic operations
• Coordinates all daily operations of the company, including Supply Chain, Quality Control & Assurance (GMP, MyGAP, GlobalGAP, Halal, Mesti, etc)
• Supervises postharvest tasks including harvesting, handling, storage, processing and packaging
• Responsible for the recording of farm's data, updating the farm's databases and customer records (delivery orders and invoices)
• Manages incoming and outbound deliveries
• Manages farm's inventories of seeds, materials, equipment and other farm necessities
• Diagnoses and resolves issues related to plants health including nutrient deficiency, tip burn or pest infestations
• Ensures farm practices and operations are in compliance with government regulations, health, cleanliness and safety standards
• Undertakes any other related or reasonable duties as instructed by upper management

Job Requirements

• Willing to work on site at the farm in Ayer Hitam, Johor
• Education: Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Crop Science, Plantation, Food Technology, Food Biotechnology or its equivalents
• Working experience: Minimum 1 year experience in commercial farm
• Language: Intermediate proficiency in English and Malay
• Skills: MS Office and Gmail, basic computing, basic mathematics, information and data entry, organisation (detailoriented), time management, teamwork, flexibility, adaptability, professional and interpersonal communication, and decent attention span

Salary:
From RM1,500.00 per month
