We are recruiting a BPX Finance PtP to join our growing team at KL HUB Shah Alam. You will join a supportive team with the opportunity to develop both profesionally and personally with support.

  • The mission of the position is to contribute to the successful rollout of act solution in APAC region by providing Finance BPX support in PtP area.

About the role:

  • Actively collaborate with Global BPX community, act template and act rollout teams, work closely with AC Business Areas teams involved in the business process development and improvement
  • Support an interface function in PtP area between the business and rollout team
  • In cooperation with Global BPX community execute the following activities for act rollout support, according to the agreed plans for APAC region:
  • Support AtR Finance data mapping and data migration process
  • Provide training to finance Business Key Users (BKUs) and end users in HUB and in Customer Centers
  • Support in evaluation of the requests for process changes from the companies in rollout to the act template team
  • Participate in the evaluation of the proposed solution for the requested changes
  • Execute UAT (user acceptance test) of new developments required for local changes
  • Prepare and update standard finance process documentation
  • Train the end users on the developed solution for local changes
  • Guide the users to embrace the changes and new features enabled with SAP
  • Assist the Finance Hubs and CC's in creation and delivery of a Business change Plan for sustainable and improved execution of finance PtP processes as designed in the act template
  • Provide an onsite support when needed in a preroll out and in hyper care phases
  • Support a "willingness to change" atmosphere with the local Finance and coworking teams in the respective countries/organisations and make sure that Finance users are prepared for the golive
  • 3+ years of experience in accounting and finance
  • Experience in Implementation of process improvements
  • Experience in Customer Center Accounting to Reporting processes
  • Experience of working in a multicultural environment is considered a plus
  • Overall knowledge of Finance processes (endtoend), extensive knowledge of PtP process
  • Good knowledge of finance ERP processes
  • Basic knowledge of service, projects, sales and rental finance flows
  • PC literate: Good knowledge of MS office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, knowledge of SharePoint.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Handson knowledge of SAP is a plus
