Job Description:

  • Responsible for the drafting and review company's various standard contract templates and legal documents (including but not limited to contracts, external correspondence, etc.)
  • Responsible for daily legal affairs consultation and guidance, provide professional advisory of legal risks in the business process, and legal support for the company's daily business decisions
  • Responsible for handling various disputes of the company, including participating in litigation and arbitration
  • Responsible for daily legal publicity and training work
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to various departments and conduct legal knowledge training.
  • To perform other adhoc duties as assigned by superior or any other persons designated by the Company from time to time

Job Requirement:

  • Degree in Lawrelated majors
  • More than 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Prior experience working in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess good research skills and knowledge of corporate and commercial laws and legislation, compliance, contract management.

Salary:
RM4, RM6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
