Requirement:
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
- At least 2 years of relevant working experiences. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Trustworthy, quick thinking, strong organization skills and an analytic mindset.
- Ability to work independently and deal well with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to General Manager and board of directors, including managing daily tasks, scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials, meeting minutes, documenting meeting proceedings, and maintaining effective communication channels.
- Plan and coordinate conference, meetings, events, VIP visits and etc.
- To assist with flight booking, hotel reservation, coordinating travel arrangements and expense claims.
- Act as a liaison between management and internal teams as well as other relevant parties by conveying directives, instructions, tasks, and providing regular updates on task statuses.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data analysis to support marketing strategies and projects.

- Maintain strict confidentiality and interact professionally with all level of management, staff and business associates.
- Assist the board in handling legal and financial documents.
- Handle any special tasks and adhoc responsibilities assigned by superior.
