Service, Admin Executive is a key role responsible for providing essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of the organization.

This position involves a combination of administrative tasks, customer service, and coordination with various departments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Assisting senior to manage daily service operation tasks, service jobs assignment
  • Process and maintain daily work orders / jobs assignment with accurate service records
  • Handle internal and external customers' or service team members' feedback and inquiries
  • Familiarity with service management and people management and office productivity tools
  • Resolve in timely manner without supervision.
  • Attention to details and strong organizational skills
  • Diploma in business management or equivalent.
  • Knowhow to handle complex people management.
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft Office suite and operating systems.
  • Leading team or handling service teams.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Working experience on home appliances or similar service industries.
  • Problemsolving skills and ability to work well in a team.
  • Able to read, write and speak in Bahasa and English.
  • Basic customer service and communication skills.

Pay:
Up to RM2,800.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Language:

  • Bahasa (preferred)
