  • Responsible on the company's vehicle, which need to keep detailed records of
all vehicles owned / used by the organization, including vehicle insurance and road tax expiry dates.

  • Monitor the expiry dates of insurance policies and road tax for each vehicle to
ensure they are renewed before expiration.

  • Maintain a comprehensive records of all licenses, permits, and registrations
required for the company's operations. Ensure that all documents are up-to
- date and easily accessible.

  • Establish a renewal schedule for each company's license and registration to
ensure they are renewed before expiry. This schedule should include deadlines and reminders to avoid lapses in compliance.

  • Managing and ordering company's stationeries and office supplies.
  • Monitoring non-trade items for operations involves tracking and managing
items.

  • Managing staff uniforms involves overseeing various aspects related to the
procurement, distribution and uniform inventory.

  • Manage pest control services for all outlets.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards for fire extinguisher
installation, inspection, and maintenance.

  • Any other duties as assigned by the manager / management.

Job Requirement

  • Must be able to speak and write Bahasa Malaysia and English language.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of working experience in a Admin Operation
  • Proven experience as a retail buyer or relevant role
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability communicate across different
levels of an organization.

  • Computer skills a must.
  • Must be able to work independently and be details oriented with the ability to
demonstrate problem solving skill.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
