Reporting direct to General Manager & responsible for planning and executing the trade marketing strategies for Pertima products.

  • Proven track record in driving multichannel business programmes and are responsible for developing business strategies and initiatives, manage marketing budget, creating marketing briefs for all key strategies.
  • Strong knowledge in ecommerce and digital marketing is a must. Key responsibilities include optimization of digital spends, analyse ongoing campaign performance & able to suggest macro and micro changes to maximize sales and business efficiency.
  • Strong, inspirational leadership skills to manage and motivate a marketing team to deliver marketing activities, campaigns, and collaborations, and build customer engagement to increase brand awareness and drive sales performance.
  • To prepare the marketing plan which include the situation analysis (market, consumer, competitor, sales performance and resource), identify key issue, propose directional solution and action plan.
  • Identify new market and business opportunities through gathering market information, analysis of competitor products, and also technological trends in the food industry
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders within the organisation to support new business growth, through channel expansion, new product launches/extensions.
  • Review and analyse brand and campaign performances against goals and create plans to meet goals, drive revenue, share and growth for the brands.
