We are seeking a dynamic and sales-driven E-Commerce Sales person to lead our live streaming team.

As the face and voice of our brand during live broadcasts, you will be pivotal in driving our online sales and engaging our audiencethrough compelling live content.


This role requires a charismatic leader who is not only focused on hitting and exceeding sales targets but also adept atmotivating and managing a team to elevate performance and achieve exceptional results.


Job Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Strategy Development: Build and lead the e-commerce and digital marketing team. Establish clear standard operating procedures, strategies, and KPIs.

Sales Performance:Set ambitious sales targets and lead the team to achieve and surpass them. Monitor real-time sales data during live streams and adjust strategies as needed to optimize performance.

Team Leadership and Management:Recruit, train, and manage a team of live streaming specialists. Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that encourages innovation and high performance. Conductregular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback and coaching.

Audience Engagement:Actively engage with the audience during live broadcasts, responding tocomments and questions and building strong viewer relationships. Utilize insights from audienceinteractions to tailor content and enhance viewer satisfaction.

Content Collaboration:Work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to ensure live streams are on-brand and synergized with broader marketing campaigns. Ensure content is informative, entertaining,and aligned with current trends.

Technical Coordination:Oversee the technical setup for live streams, ensuring high-quality audio and video production. Troubleshoot any technical issues in real-time and maintain a seamless viewing experience.

Analytics and Reporting:Utilize analytics tools to track performance metrics of live streams, providing detailed reports on viewership, engagement, and sales conversions. Use this data to refine future strategies andpresentations.

Innovative Initiatives:Stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements in live streaming.
Implement innovative features and techniques to keep the content fresh and engaging.

Internal Collaboration and Execution:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient and effective execution. Utilize support resources and adhere to standard operating procedures to deliver a reliable and consistent customer experience that aligns with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or/and Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in ecommerce, live streaming, digital marketing, or a related field (5 years +).
  • Strong passion in eCommerce and business acumen.
  • Positive attitude and have a change agent mentality.
  • Having experience in a startup business or launch new products would be a big advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and manage highperforming teams.
  • Strong oncamera presence with excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency with live streaming platforms and tools.
  • Experience in audience engagement and digital content creation.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make informed decisions.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Job Type:

RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
