Job description

  • Coordinate with operations team to follow up with containers shipments schedule
  • Act as a key interface for all customers' orders and logistic enquiries
  • Liaise with customers on deliveries/shipment dates and any special requirements pertaining to customers' orders fulfillment
  • Perform verification & investigation checks on customer / vehicles claims (eg: damage lost / goods missing) based on company's standard policies and operation procedures
  • Any other duties that may be assigned by the superior as and when required.

  • Ability to stay professional and focused in stressful situations
  • Good customerorientation and communication skills
  • Has working experience in transportation / logistic industry
