Who are we? - Yinson GreenTech is a wholly owned subsidiary of Yinson Holdings Berhad, a public limited liability company, incorporated and domiciled in Malaysia, and listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia.
- YGT is a green technologies solutions provider delivering clean, integrated and technologyenhanced ecosystems and services across the marine, mobility and infrastructure segments.
- YGT's strategic investments currently include an advanced hydrofoil system for electric vessels, ebikes with swappable batteries, autonomous technology for electric vehicles and vessels, marine energy storage solutions and electric vehicle charging.
- YGT currently has five main brands: MarinEV, ChargEV, DrivEV, RydeEV and DigitalEV.
What will you do: - In this role at ChargEV, you will be responsible to:
- Identify and engage potential partners and sites suitable for EV charging infrastructure.
- To track and participate in EV and Green Technologies related projects
- Build and cultivate client relationship to expand on adjacent revenues
- To have Indepth understanding of the EV proposition to potential clients
- Have a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about them
- Develop partnership plans to engage key government agencies and other stakeholders to further anchor the company position in the Green Technology industry
- Prepare business proposal and partake in EV related tenders
- Follow up on any payment or collection relating to your accounts
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What you'll need to possess:
Essential
- Min 3 years of sales or business development experience especially in B2B environment
- Strong business acumen
- Creativity, dedication, and persistence.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work in crossfunctional teams.
- Having a "Justdoit" startup mindset, selfstarter and practices the Agile methodology.
- Strong command of English and Malay, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Desirable
- Experience using CRM tools.
- Strong interest in technology and particularly in EV
- Extroverted personality
