Change Management Strategy:
Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies for software implementations and technology upgrades.

Communication Planning: Create clear and effective communication plans, including messages, channels, and timing, to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged throughout change projects.

Change Impact Assessment: Assess the potential impact of changes on employees, processes, and workflows. Develop strategies to mitigate risks, address resistance, and ensure a seamless transition.

Training and Development: Oversee the planning and execution of training programs to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to adapt to new software and technology.

Resistance Management: Identify sources of resistance and develop strategies to overcome resistance, ensuring that the organization is prepared and motivated to embrace change.

Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitor the progress of change initiatives, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to the change management plan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of change management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay:
RM4, RM10,000.00 per month
