Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, systems, and procedures that align with the business strategy.
  • Address demands, grievances, and other issues to maintain good relations between management and employees.
  • Manage benefits, compensation, and performance appraisal systems to encourage high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with HR laws by monitoring regulations, conducting investigations, keeping records, and representing the company at hearings.
  • Handle disciplinary and labor disputes, including investigations, disciplinary actions, suspensions, and terminations.
  • Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Generate report to management and support decisions with HR metrics.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in HR Management, Business Management or any relevant.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in related field is required.
  • Good knowledge on Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and Industrial Relations.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English

Supplemental Pay & Benefits:

  • Staff meal, Annual Wage Supplement (AWS), Performance Bonus, Annual Leave, Hospitalization leave, Medical Claim, SOCSO, EPF

Pay:
RM6, RM9,000.00 per month
