Responsibilities:

  • Inputting data accurately into databases and systems.
  • Organizing physical and digital records.
  • Providing general administrative support like photocopying and filing.
  • Helping with appointment scheduling and event logistics.
  • Handling calls and inquiries.
  • Monitoring and replenishing supplies.
  • Coordinating with vendors for procurement.
  • Performs any tasks as assigned.

Job Qualification:

  • Current enrollment in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Office Management, etc.) or recent graduate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
