Job Description

To manage and supervise landscape maintenance activities at site.
To constantly perform spotcheck/rounding to ensure no part of landscape areas are left unattended.
To manage and handle complaints and to provide / propose rectification plans to client.
Oversee the maintenance of the park's landscape, which includes planting, irrigation, and horticultural practices to ensure a vibrant and sustainable environment.
To order material required by the site and to do preventive maintenance on small and large equipment lorry, brush cutter, trimmer and blowers in order to minimize the downtime.
To ensure the workers are trained on how to use equipment before carry out the assigned jobs in order to minimize the machines breakdown.
To ensure all works carried out by the workers as set out in their job description are completed within the deadline and with appropriate and safety
To keep track on the workers' daily attendance
To source for workers replacement should the worker resigned.
To attend and participate meetings required by the clients or administrative department.
To prepare monthly reporting and other reporting required by the client
To propose landscape upgrading to client should it required.
