Assistant/ Superviso Horticulturist

Job Description
- To manage and supervise landscape maintenance activities at site.
- To constantly perform spot-check/rounding to ensure no part of landscape areas are left unattended.
- To manage and handle complaints and to provide / propose rectification plans to client.
- Oversee the maintenance of the park's landscape, which includes planting, irrigation, and horticultural practices to ensure a vibrant and sustainable environment.
- To order material required by the site and to do preventive maintenance on small and large equipment lorry, brush cutter, trimmer and blowers in order to minimize the downtime.
- To ensure the workers are trained on how to use equipment before carry out the assigned jobs in order to minimize the machines breakdown.
- To ensure all works carried out by the workers as set out in their job description are completed within the deadline and with appropriate and safety
- To keep track on the workers’ daily attendance
- To source for workers replacement should the worker resigned.
- To attend and participate meetings required by the clients or administrative department.
- To prepare monthly reporting and other reporting required by the client
- To propose landscape upgrading to client should it required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Horticultural Science, Agriculture, Forestry or equivalent.
- At least three (3) years working experience in related field.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to write and spoken proficiently in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Computer literate.
- Position is available in PUTRAJAYA
