Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accurate data entry in the accounting system
  • Match store collections with sales reports daily, promptly communicate discrepancies to the operations team
  • Align store collections with payments from vendors
  • Verify SOA before proposing payments
  • Ensure all invoices have confirmed GRN
  • Coordinate with suppliers for invoices/debit/credit notes
  • Timely payment proposal to avoid duplication or deductions
  • Calculate foreign exchange gains or losses
  • Follow up on pending documents for aging reconciliation
  • Conduct bank reconciliations promptly
  • Update and reconcile payments within set timelines
  • Prepare monthly supplier reconciliations
  • Review staff claims for compliance and accuracy
  • Assist in monthly accounts closure
  • Verify intercompany trade transactions
  • Assist in preparing accounting records for audits
  • Maintain accurate records and document verification
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Finance or Accounting
  • Fresh graduates welcome
  • Experience with Netsuite preferred
  • Knowledge of Audit a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in computer skills
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages a bonus

Pay:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
