Job Title:
HR and Account Admin


As HR and Account Admin, you'll manage crucial HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration, while ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and invoice processing.

Your role is pivotal in maintaining HR and financial operations' efficiency and compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources (HR):

  • Manage and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, drafting job descriptions, and coordinating new hire orientations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
  • Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
  • Assist in developing HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HRrelated matters.
  • Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
  • Maintain confidentiality of HR information and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
  • Collaborate with HR team members and other departments on various HR projects and initiatives.

Account:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records and accounts payable/receivable ledgers.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
  • Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, including sales tax and income tax.
  • Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates or those with no experience are welcome to apply.
  • Training will be provided.
  • Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
