Job Title:
HR and Account Admin
As HR and Account Admin, you'll manage crucial HR functions like recruitment, onboarding, and benefits administration, while ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and invoice processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources (HR):
- Manage and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews, drafting job descriptions, and coordinating new hire orientations.
- Administer employee benefits programs and assist with payroll processing.
- Coordinate employee training sessions and maintain training records.
- Assist in developing HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HRrelated matters.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of HR information and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
- Collaborate with HR team members and other departments on various HR projects and initiatives.
Account:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate financial records and accounts payable/receivable ledgers.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments in a timely manner.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
- Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on overdue invoices.
- Assist in preparing and filing tax returns, including sales tax and income tax.
- Respond to inquiries from clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
- Provide administrative support to the finance department as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or those with no experience are welcome to apply.
- Training will be provided.
- Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
