AAccount cum HR Assistant

Responsible:

  • Responsible for Invoice, SST submission and ad hoc administration work.
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
  • Handle taxrelated matters and statutory deductions (EPF SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, Payroll), ensure timely submission.
  • Support endtoend recruitment functions which include job posting and screening, interviewing, hiring orientation, and termination.
  • Prepare HR related letters, contracts, correspondences and documentation.
  • Prepare onboarding & training in warehouse.
  • Work closely with Managers to monitor hiring as well as staff movement.
  • Assist in daytoday HR operations and administrative duties etc.

Requirement:

  • A minimum of 1 year of Account experience / HR experience/ Payroll experience.
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Human Resource Management or Business Admin or any related field.
  • Able to work independent.
  • Posses own transport to travel.
  • Able to start immediately or in December 2023

Working Shift: 8AM - 5PM
