HR Assistant

- Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote employees' motivation and commitment to the company.
- To assist the immediate superior during payroll such as updating the database internally.
- To assist immediate superior in employees' training and development planning.
- Provide clerical support to the HR Department.
- Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
- Advertise and source applicants through various channels, such as company career page, job platforms, social media, LinkedIn, and other professional network.
- Conduct reference check and submit the report to hiring manager and superior before offering stage.
- Prepare and conduct orientation to new hire.
- Create engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) to showcase company culture, values, and employee experiences.
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight employee achievements, company events, and other relevant content.
- Assist in the development and implementation of workplace safety programs and policies.
- Coordinate safety training sessions and workshops for employees to promote awareness and compliance with safety regulations.
- Other ad-hoc HR duties as and when required.
Job Requirements:
- Fresh graduate with HR education background encourage to apply.
- If SPM school leaver, need to have at least 2 year proven working experience.
- Attention to details.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential with tact.
- Computer literacy and excel in MS Office Suite.
- Good command of English and Malay. Able to speak fluently, write clearly, and communicate effectively.
Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
