The Branch PIC will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branches. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

  • Supervise and guide sales, mechanics, and administrative staff.
  • Foster a positive work environment and ensure teamwork and accountability.

Customer Service:

  • Provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.
  • Analyze trends to optimize inventory selection.

Sales and Marketing:

  • Develop sales strategies and execute marketing initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends.

Operational Efficiency:

  • Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Monitor expenses and implement productivity measures.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the motorbike industry preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in team management and development.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management and sales techniques.
  • Knowledge of motorbike products, parts, and accessories.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problemsolve in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
