Job Responsibility:

  • Support administrative work including data entry and registration into
databases, spreadsheets or other digital formats.

  • Compiling reports for daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Reviewing and checking data for errors, inconsistencies or discrepancies and
correcting any inaccuracies to maintain data integrity.

  • Assist in generating project reports and preparing data analysis as requested.
  • Maintains an organized and systematic filing and record keeping.
  • Assist in coordination tasks which includes but not limited to inventory sourcing,
preparing project presentation slides, project schedule, job vacancy posting,

schedule interview appointment and other administrative support.

  • Able to undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office and computer literacy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Detailed-oriented and multitasking.
