- Create, schedule, and monitor posts; respond to comments and inquiries
Event Coordination:
- Support planning and execution of marketing events, such as casting auditions.
- Coordinate logistics and manage event-related communications
Administrative Duties:
- Organise and maintain marketing files and databases.
- Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and assist with budget tracking
Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, admin, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging.
- Support the Marketing Team with additional tasks as needed.
- Minimum diploma for Marketing Assistant & Bachelor's degree for Marketing Executive in Marketing, Business, or a related field.-1+ years of experience in marketing roles.-Proficiency in using marketing tools.-Ability to convey ideas effectively to both internal teams and external stakeholders.-Strong written and communication skills.-Comfortable using analytics tools to derive actionable insights.-Understand the tools of Facebook ads, TikTok, XiaoHongShu and business manager.- Mandarin and English is a must.
