Business Process Documentation Specialist

Utilize process mapping and documentation techniques to accurately represent the workflow, inputs, outputs, and decision points of each process.

  • Ensure the accuracy, quality and completeness of all process documentation by conducting reviews, validations, and updates as necessary.
  • Track and report periodical status of completion.
  • Create a centralized process documentation repository for all process documentation.
  • Collect data on process gaps, inefficiencies, and possible opportunities for improvement throughout the documentation process.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management / Operations Management / Engineering / Science / Information Technology or any related field with 4 or more years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven handson experience in business process documentation or related roles with the ability to accurately produce detailed process documentation.
  • Knowledge of process documentation standards such as BPMN or ISO is desirable.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification / Demonstrated business process improvement experience (DMAIC) are added advantages.
  • Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and processes in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, analytical, workshop facilitation, interviewing, project management, and creative problemsolving skills.
  • Strong teamplayer with proven ability to effectively work in a teambased model and collaborate with and influence various business functions within an organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, as well as process mapping and analysis tools.
  • Ability to connect the dots to deliver wholistic outcomes
  • Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and consistency in documentation.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication, able to articulate the key findings of the data/information and summarize into presentation form.
