We are looking for a responsible project database administrator who organizes all of our projects,


Project Database Administrator responsibilities include working closely with our Senior Manager and project team to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes, and budgets for projects.

You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedule and risk management, administrative duties, and maintaining project documentation.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.


Ultimately, the Project Database Admin's duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.


  • Answer and respond to phone calls, and communicate messages and information to the executive.
  • Track and help drive completion of these key deliverables and follow up on action items/ outstanding items.
  • Ability to control and maintain multitask efficiently.
  • Dealing with general correspondences with internal and external parties.
  • To assist in maintaining strict confidentially, and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff, and business purposes.
  • Manage other/special/adhoc projects/ duties as assigned from time to time.
  • To monitor the compilation of the Completion Report, Site Acceptance Form, Rectification Report, and Handover notice.
  • To assist in preparing reports, correspondences, and other related documents related to the projects.

  • Able to work independently and multitask
  • Excellent written and spoken communication in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Organized, good working attitude and pleasant personality

Education:

  • Degree Holder (preferred)
